Purchases and Shipping

Customers must provide à la mode with complete and accurate details. We are not liable of any additional expenses associated with resending orders to the correct address.

All prices quoted on the website are in (AUD) and include GST. Overseas buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes.

Goods Not Received

à la mode is legally not responsible for goods that go missing or have been damaged in transit, once parcels are sent to Australia Post they are then the property of Australia Post.

Cancellation

à la mode reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide you with the products ordered.

à la mode is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or loss of time or inconvenience caused by the cancellation.

Customs and Import Duties

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import duties where applicable
