Returns

At à la mode boutique, we want you to be 100% happy with the items you purchase from us!

If you‘re not happy with your new items, we‘ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us as easily as possible!

All items (excluding items marked as sale), can be returned for an Online Credit Note within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

We don't provide refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault with the style (please get in touch with us in the unlikely event you have this issue when you receive your parcel).

Conditions of returns for change of mind :

-All Item must be returned & received within 14 days of purchase.

-Item was purchased at full price, i.e. not purchased from sale collection or with a promotional code.

-Returns must be in their original condition, new and unwashed, swing tag attached, no marks or odour on the garment.

-For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on sunglasses, jewellery or any other accessories.


Faulty:

We try our best to carefully inspect all items before leaving the warehouse, however if you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us at love@alamodeboutique.com.au with a photo of the fault if possible, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Item must be sent back to à la mode, 59 Bridge Mall, Ballarat 3350, Victoria, Australia. We encourage customers to use a prepaid satchels as tracking number is included.


Returns Postage

Customers are liable for all other postage incurred (except faulty goods). Please also note that with all orders under $60 postage costs will occur when having the return sent back.
